Stuff where friendly, rooms and common area were very clean. Really loved the bed, it was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Rodizio Rico that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We will be back if we go to London. We really enjoyed the excellent location and the staff were pleasant.

booked room had a bathroom for handicapped people with a washbasin that was much too deep and too small. Not suitable for non-disabled people. This must be pointed out at the time of booking ! After a complaint we were offered another room.

Relatively central and very good bus connections available
Spartan decor. Take it for granted that at least drinking water is available in the room. We had to request this in the bar and I was told that a bottle of water was actually charged £5. We then did not have to pay for the water. It is also unsanitary to carpet the rooms. Sorry that I could not give a better rating!

Room wasn't ready by 3.00 and eventually got access at 4.00 P.M. Noisy room even though it was an executive room because of the plumbing. All you could hear was that loud hissing noise from dodgy plumbing. Bathroom seriously needing an overhaul. Rooms are very bland and boring. Certainly not worth the money.

The hotel staff were very helpful in guiding us during our stay in London. Gave helpful tips on travelling.
We had a double bed but they joined two single mattresses together. Wasn't very comfortable.
